The pirobase CMS support team is always available to help you and your employees with any technical questions.

If you have a problem with pirobase CMS, the easiest way to send us your questions is by e-mail to support-pirobase@pirobase-imperia.com. You will then automatically receive a ticket number under which we will process your problem quickly and in a qualified manner.

In order to be able to analyze your problem precisely, we need the log files of your pirobase CMS system and, if applicable, those of the associated database.  Please send us these in compressed form (zip, etc.) as an attachment - this helps the first step of the support process and saves important time.
