Security innovations

The temporary storage of administration data in the browser cache has been deactivated.

In pirobase CMS, it is generally possible to upload any file type when creating content.
However, to prevent potentially malicious code from entering the system via executable file types, all uploaded files are scanned for viruses.
Both the pirobase CMS editor and webadmin have the option of scanning files for malicious content in real time.
The security check is carried out by a virus scan service based on external antivirus solutions.
This effectively protects the system against malware and viruses.

Further password rules have been activated:
The password must contain at least 3 of 4 character types: Lower case letters, upper case letters, digits and special characters.
Ordered sequences of 3 characters or more (e.g. 123, abc, cba) are not permitted.
Repetitions of identical characters beyond 2 characters (e.g. aaa, !!!) are prohibited.
Passwords must not contain date-like patterns (formats yyyy-mm-dd or dd.mm.yyyy).

The "Reset password" function is now available in the login screen for editor and webadmin
