Output of the ID mapping after the import
To simplify post-processing of the import, a mapping between the old and new IDs is output.
This is done by logging the com.pirobase.cb.xml.dec.IdentifiedCache.
Here is an example:

Insert CATALINA_PID for unix to prevent the Tomcat from being started more than once.
The CATALINA_PID is now configured in the Tomcat settings to prevent a Tomcat that has already been started from being started again.
Initialise DynamicContentService asynchronously to speed up system startup
The DynamicContentService now initialises asynchronously, which speeds up the start process of {pb}.
